⭐️ If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My husband took his truck here to have the radiator repaired. After picking it up, he noticed over the next few days that the front bumper was hanging off. He brought the truck back to have them look at it. The lady told him that the guy who worked on it wasn’t there, so he left the truck overnight for them to look at the next day and do an oil change. Today, the guy who worked on the truck came in and told the lady that the bumper broke while he was repairing the radiator because he was leaning on it to do the work. The problem is, we were NEVER told about this when the truck was picked up. We only found out because we noticed the bumper was hanging and brought it back ourselves. Instead of taking responsibility, we were told to take it to an auto body shop to have it fixed and that it wasn’t their fault because the truck is rusty. If you damage someone’s vehicle while working on it, the customer should be told immediately. You shouldn’t wait until they come back days later because they discovered the damage themselves. At that point, it’s pretty frustrating to be told, “Oh, it broke while we were working on it, but it’s not our

Jo-Joe's explains what services need to be addressed prior to starting them. They've even told me where i can obtain less expensive parts and we're then happy to take care of installation. Good people who are good at what they do.

I got told that I needed to take this car to transmission shop to replace the my shaft seal leak for a 95 Taurus when whole time that’s not even true. To get to the shaft seal you the axle needed to be taken off and considering the reviews i seen this shop was able to take off bmw axels so there’s no reason they couldn’t have taken mine off of a FORD can only assume it’s because I’m brown, which is crazy cuz whole time I was just going in for my girlfriend. I don’t understand why I couldn’t have been helped. My money is the same as everyone else’s but that’s cool.

First time and last time here. Son took vehicle in friday july 3rd after calling first for hrs. Guy came out of building said they closed early due to holiday and acted like it was an inconvience to have car for weekend to work on Monday. The guy that took keys asked what was wrong obviously did not write it down was barely even given time to say what was wrong. Monday comes the want to automatically charge $271 for a battery saying their system tested it...The battery was used but fully charged from a friends auto body shop. We had concerns it was alternator as my other son had experience working on cars. This place said we cant do anything more until battery replaced. I called spoke with maggie who had mechanic call back. The mechanic called and asked what the issue was, provided car had to be jumped after shutting off for long periods. He stated battery and I asked for a better resolution. He said will charge battery overnight. Calls Tuesday says your not going to like this but there is electrical issues and start charging $500 just to look at it... I said NO duevthe battery thats it...YES BATTERIES DO NOT COST ALL THAT BUT figured they looked at.....I also asked if after conne
